Mr. Fair is President of Mench Capital Corp. a financial services consulting firm based in Vernon, BC. Mr. Fair has significant experience in product syndication, business development, and the distribution and marketing of financial products and services. Mench Capital Corp. has participated in and/or originated in the formation of in excess of $500M+ in private and public equity transactions over the past 22 years mainly targeted in Canadian Resource & Alternative Investment Products & Strategies. Mr. Fair has served on numerous Boards as an independent Director including; Maple Leaf Flow-Through Limited Partnerships (2009-2016), Nationwide I Self Storage Trust, Maple Leaf Energy Income Limited Partnerships (2009-2016), Maple Leaf Royalty Corp, Richfield Ventures Inc., Orsa Ventures Corp., and Cliffmont Resources Ltd. Mr. Fair is currently a Director of Searchlight Resources Inc., Golden Sky Minerals and Thunderbird Minerals Corp.

Mr. McAdam has over 30 years of experience as a hands-on finance/operations executive filling CFO, VP Finance and VP Operations roles in public and private companies in North America and South Africa with a reputation of being able to make decisions quickly. Mr. McAdam has been the financial lead in raising over US$300 million, in equity (hard dollars and flow-through), debt and convertibles, for companies listed on the TSX, TSX.V, JSE and AIM. Mr. McAdam has held the position of CFO for various TSX.V and TSX listed entities including Eastern Platinum Limited (TSX, AIM, JSE), Resinco Capital Partners Inc. (TSX), Teslin River Resources Corp (TSX.V), Hawthorne Gold Corp (TSX.V) and as Finance Director with Waste Management, Inc (NYSE).

Linda Palin is the Managing Director and Founder of Pangaea Asset Management Inc. Pangaea has acted in the fund space, offering its Pangaea Global Equity Fund, and for several years, Pangaea Flow-Through Funds. Pangaea works strategically with several firms to pursue investment opportunities in Canadian capital markets.

Linda most recently served as VP, Private Capital Management responsible for international equity and fixed income investments, asset mix, and product development at Laketon Investment Management. Prior to Pangaea, Linda served as Senior PM at RBC Global Investment Management where she managed three large cap Canadian funds. She was accountable for global investments in the technology sector for RBC Private Counsel. Linda is a CFA Charter holder, Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers, a Certified Management Accountant and Certified Public Accountant.
